In April 2017, the statutory ‘Duty to Report on Payment Practices and Performance’ came into force, requiring all large companies to report their payment practices and performance every 6 months, with the aim of introducing greater levels of transparency for the supply chain.

The creation and ongoing updates to the benchmarking, will enable Build UK to improve the payment culture of the industry through transparency of the payment practices of our Contractor Members.
