Redeveloping the Construction Ambassadors Programme

Objective

Construction Ambassadors plays a vital role in promoting the fantastic career opportunities available in the construction industry. By joining forces with STEM Ambassadors, the industry will have one scheme for all employers and ambassadors.

Becoming a STEM Construction and Built Environment Ambassador or Employer will enable the industry to help recruit talent and support the Construction Leadership Council’s Roadmap to Recovery. Ambassadors volunteer their time, enthusiasm and experience to play an essential role in inspiring young people to progress in STEM subjects and careers through a range of activities, including school presentations, mentoring and careers talks.

Build UK has produced a two-minute film encouraging members to become STEM Construction and Built Environment Ambassadors or Employers.
