Process Innovation Forum runs Co-Creation Programme

Process Innovation Forum (PIF) are running their Co-Creation Programme which is focusing on the innovation in the built environment.

The Programme, organised in partnership with the Digital Construction Week, consists of a number of events including open-innovation workshops, round-tables, a talk and a webinar aiming to devise an "open-innovation framework" for the Built Environment Industry.

The aim is to connect the people from within and outside of the built environment community, who will take part in generating opportunities to find new ways to design, build and operate better.

There will be various events running from September 2017 through to January 2018.

On 29 September, PIF in collaboration with COMIT, are holding an open-innovation workshop on Drones. The workshop aims to discuss the positive contributions that are already being provided in the industry, as well as discussing the obstacles that wide spread adoption of this technology may cause and ways to potentially overcome this.

This will be followed by a workshop held on 4 October on Wearable Technology. The workshop will identify pitfalls and opportunities in the uptake of wearable tech in the industry.
