Just two weeks until Plantworx 2017

Plantworx – the UK’s largest ‘working’ construction equipment machinery exhibition is just two weeks away.

The show takes place from Tuesday 6 – Thursday 8 June at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Leicestershire, with more than 390 exhibitors.  The biennial show is geared to show Construction Managers the very latest in construction equipment, technology, plant, tools and on-site services, all aiming to improving productivity, efficiency, safety and security on UK construction sites.

Visitors to the show will see the very latest plant and machinery operating in ‘real’ site conditions – compact plant will feature alongside mid-range equipment, tools and services.  The key players in the construction equipment market are exhibiting including Caterpillar, JCB, Volvo, Takeuchi, Kubota, Case Construction Equipment, BOMAG and Terex.

There will be the opportunity for visitors, who present the correct operator’s licence, to try the equipment first hand, the opportunity to test the latest technology which is changing the way the industry operates, including machine control simulators, and for new plant operators to take part in skills tests on a range of machinery.

The final day of the show will play host to the Primary Engineer and Secondary Engineer Celebration event where 20 local schools will be showcasing their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) engineering projects.

Entry to the show, taking place on 6-8 June, is free so pre-register your place here.
