Paul joined Sisk in 2013 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2022, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the UK Construction and Civil Engineering Division. He has led the development of a new corporate strategy and is dedicated to developing strong and lasting customer relationships and driving a culture of fully empowered teams whilst advocating for innovation and collaboration across the industry.

Jonathan joined NG Bailey Group in 2016 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2024, after serving as Chief Operating Officer. He is an experienced senior leader overseeing corporate strategy and operational performance and launched NG Bailey Group’s ‘Journey to 2030’ strategy to grow the business through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Jonathan also brings valuable commercial insight after previously spending nine years at Deloitte specialising in capital markets across the UK and Europe.
Katy Dowding

Katy assumed her current role with Skanska UK in 2023 and brings over 37 years of construction industry experience. She serves on the Construction Skills Mission Board, the Government-backed Infrastructure Advisory Panel, and the Construction Productivity Taskforce. She previously sat on the SCS board for HS2’s London tunnels and is a Construction Youth Trust trustee, Visiting Professor at Loughborough University, and a Fellow of the ICE and RICS.
Graham Dundas

Graham joined Willmott Dixon in 1998 as a management trainee and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2024, after serving as Chief Financial Officer. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, he has progressed his career with a series of finance roles. His key focuses include prompt payment of the supply chain and Willmott Dixon’s ambitions to achieve gender parity and carbon net zero by 2030.
Callum Tuckett

Callum joined Multiplex as COO for Europe, the Middle East and Canada in 2017 and is now Managing Director for the UK and part of the global executive team. Over his 33-year career in the construction sector across multiple global jurisdictions, he has gained extensive experience of delivering large scale complex projects and leading businesses. Callum has a strong desire to do what he and Multiplex can to support positive change in the industry for those that work within it and those impacted by its activities.
Malcolm O'Sullivan

Malcolm joined Van Elle as Executive Director for Piling in 2019 and was appointed Managing Director in 2026. As a former Chair of the Federation of Piling Specialists (FPS), he championed safety, sustainability and digitisation across the sector, and played a key role in the FPS policy on retentions. With a career in the sector spanning over 30 years, Malcolm brings experience of major infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and HS2 through to road, rail and housing projects.

Lee is co-owner of GKR Scaffolding, a family business grown over 30 years to become one of the leading scaffolding providers in London and the South East. Having worked on some of the highest risk projects in the UK, Lee is dedicated to improving health and safety in construction, and ensuring operatives receive training and career development. Lee is Chair of the Audit Committee, Board and Council member of the National Access & Scaffolding Confederation (NASC).
David Frise

David became Chief Executive of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA), the trade association for commercial MEP contractors, in 2018, following a career as a nuclear submariner in the Royal Navy, then a mechanical services contractor (it’s all plumbing). He has 30 years of contracting experience and knows the specialist contractor’s role well. David was an early adopter of renewable technologies and now sits on the Steering Board for Skills for a Sustainable Skyline.
