    Paul joined Sisk in 2013 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2022, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the UK Construction and Civil Engineering Division. He has led the development of a new corporate strategy and is dedicated to developing strong and lasting customer relationships and driving a culture of fully empowered teams whilst advocating for innovation and collaboration across the industry.

    Matthew is a Board Director of William Hare, responsible for its strategic direction and client relationship management, having previously worked for 15 years in the Fund Management industry. He is a member of the Steel for Life Advisory Board, the Advisory Committee for the Private Sector Playbook, and the City Architecture Forum, as well as an Executive Vice President of the Story of Christmas Appeal.

    Katy assumed her current role with Skanska UK in 2023, following a construction career spanning 36 years. She has experience across the building, infrastructure and service sectors, including defence, transport, education, commercial and healthcare. A passionate advocate for greater inclusivity within construction, Katy chaired the National Association of Women in Construction for eight years, and is a fellow of the ICE and the RICS.

    Graham joined Willmott Dixon in 1998 as a management trainee and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2024, after serving as Chief Financial Officer. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, he has progressed his career with a series of finance roles. His key focuses include prompt payment of the supply chain and Willmott Dixon’s ambitions to achieve gender parity and carbon net zero by 2030.

    Callum joined Multiplex as COO for Europe, the Middle East and Canada in 2017 and is now Managing Director for the UK and part of the global executive team. Over his 33-year career in the construction sector across multiple global jurisdictions, he has gained extensive experience of delivering large scale complex projects and leading businesses. Callum has a strong desire to do what he and Multiplex can to support positive change in the industry for those that work within it and those impacted by its activities.

    Adam is Managing Director of Binns Fencing with over 30 years of experience in the high-security fencing industry. He served on the Board of the Association of Fencing Industries (AFI) for over 10 years, including four years as Chair, when he oversaw the merger of two associations to form the AFI. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to improving business performance, productivity, and talent development.

    Lee is co-owner of GKR Scaffolding, a family business grown over 30 years to become one of the leading scaffolding providers in London and the South East. Having worked on some of the highest risk projects in the UK, Lee is dedicated to improving health and safety in construction, and ensuring operatives receive training and career development. Lee is Chair of the Audit Committee and Council member of the NASC.

    David became Chief Executive of BESA, the trade association for commercial MEP contractors, in 2018, following a career as a nuclear submariner in the Royal Navy, then a mechanical services contractor (it’s all plumbing). He has 30 years of contracting experience and knows the specialist contractor's role well. David was an early adopter of renewable technologies and now sits on the Steering Board for Skills for a Sustainable Skyline.
